Educational Qualification: M.Sc, M.Phil/Ph.D, MFSc
The Director, ICAR-Central Inland Fisheries Research Institute, Barrackpore invites applications for walk-in-interview to be held in offline mode only for engagement of two (2) Senior Research Fellow (SRF) purely on contractual basis under NASF Project entitled “Captive Breeding of Hilsa, Tenualosa ilisha : Phase II” at ICAR-CIFRI, Barrackpore as per details given bellow :
1. Position: Senior Research Fellows
2. No of Post: 02
3. Essential qualification: M. F.Sc. (Aquaculture / Genetics & Breeding / Fisheries Resource Management / Environment / Fish Pathology/Fish Nutrition) Or , Ph.D. in Zoology (Specialization in Fish & Fisheries) Or, M.Sc. in Zoology (Specialization in Fish & Fisheries) and NET qualified with 2 (two) years research experience.
4. Remuneration: Rs. 31000/- + HRA as per rule
5. Tenure: Two (2) years OR co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier. Competent Authority may extend the engagement if required, as per rule.
6. Place of posting: Head Office, ICAR-CIFRI, Barrackpore or at project site as per necessities.
Pay Scale: INR 31000(Per Month)
