Inviting applications from qualified Doctors holding MBBS/MD/DNB for engagement as Contract Medical Practitioners (CMP), in Central Railway, Mumbai Division for a period of ONE YEAR.

3. Salary: 

i. Divisional Railway Hospital, KYN: CMP/Specialist (Orthopedic surgeon) = Rs. 95000/- (f Year)

ii. Health Unit, Kurla: CMP GDMO = Rs. 75000/-

4. Qualification:

i. For CMP/GDMO Degree in medicine i.e. MBBS (Recognised by MCI included in the first or second schedule or part eleven of the third schedule (other than the licentiate qualifications to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956.) holders of educational Qualification in part II of the third schedule should also fulfil the condition stipulated in section 13 (3) of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956.)

ii. For CMP Orthopedic Specialist qualification must be MS (Orthopedic)/DNB or equivalent Candidates should have satisfactorily completed the compulsory rotating internship.

iii. Doctors serving under State/Central Govt/ Public sector undertaking etc may apply with NOC from the respective organization.

iv. Doctors while applying should indicate past service rendered, if any including the period of contract put in by them on all over Indian Railways.

v. Applications in the prescribed format (please refer to www.cr.indianrailways.gov.in) along with original and attested copies of certificates/testimonials should be produced, if selected at the time of joining.

vi. Original document verification of only selected candidates will be done at the time of joining and in case of any discrepancies; the next candidate from the wait list will be called for joining.

5. The engagement will be offered purely on contract basis for a period of 01 year from the date of their joining or till further orders whichever is earlier. Preference will be given to those, who can join immediately.
