Educational Qualification
- Option 1: M.Sc. (Ag.) with specialization in Plant Breeding / Plant Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Genetics / Plant Physiology with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s degree.
- Option 2: Post Graduate degree in Basic Science (Botany / Plant Physiology / Organic Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Genetics) with 3 years Bachelor’s + 2 years Master’s degree, AND NET qualification plus two years of research experience in agriculture field.
- Desirable: PhD in any of the above subjects.
