It is proposed to fill up the following vacant posts of Technician at ICAR- Indian Institute of Soil & Water Conservation, Headquarters Dehradun/ Regional Centres on permanent absorption basis from the eligible employee(s) working in ICAR Headquarters/ Institutes/ Project Directorates/ NRCs/ ATARIs who are fulfilling the eligibility criteria as mentioned below: 1. Subiect: Filling up of vacant posts of Technician (T-1) at ICAR- I1SWC, Dehradun/Research Centres on permanent absorption basis (Inter- Institutional "Transfer"- reg. 2. Post Name: Technician 3. No. of Post: 02 4. Place: HQ's, Dehradun, Research Centre, Chandigarh 5. Eligibility: Official(s) who were appointed at entry level post of T-1 (Category- 1) in the functional group of Field/Farm Note: The employees who completed 5 years of service after initial appointment on the date of issue of this should have circular except in cases where the request is on medical/working spouse ground 6. The above Inter-institutional transfer will be regulated as per Council's instructions vide TS-19(1)/2002-Estt.IV dated 19.03.2020, amendment issued vide Counci's letter No. TS- 19(6)/2020-Estt. IV dated 19.03.2021 & other rules & guidelines issued from ICAR from time to time.

The above vacancies may be circulated amongst the eligible & desirous candidates, if any working at your institute/establishment. Advance copy of application if any should be submitted within 10 days from the date of issue of this circular & applications duly forwarded by the proper channel must reach on or before 11.02.2022. 2. Incomplete applications and those which are received after the prescribed date or without the documents mentioned above or applications received not through the proper channel will not be entertained.
3. The above vacancies may be circulated amongst the eligible & desirous candidates, if any working at your institute/establishment. a. Attested copies of APARs for the last 05 years.
b. A certificate to the effect that no disciplinary/ vigilance case is pending against the official., accompanied by vigilance clearance & Integrity certificate
c. Attested copy of caste certificate of the applicant belonging to SC/ST/OBC
d. A certificate to the effect that no disciplinary/ vigilance case is pending against the official, accompanied by vigilance clearance & Integrity certificate.
e. Necessary certificate if applied on medical, working spouse grounds as per Council's letter dated 19.03.2020
f. Statement of major/minor penalty, if any imposed on the applicant during the last five years.
g. Certified copies of educational qualification certificates.

The ICAR-Indian Institute of Soil and Water Conservation (ICAR-IISWC), (Formerly CSWCRTI) was established on 1st April,1974 with Headquarters at Dehradun by combining Soil and Water Conservation Research, Demonstration and Training Centres which were established in 1950’s at Dehradun, Kota, Bellary, Udhagamandalam, Vasad, Agra and Chandigarh. These centres were initially established by the Govt. of India and transferred to the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) on 1st October, 1967. Subsequently two new Research Centres were added to the CSWCRTI, one at Datia in M.P. (18th September, 1986) to tackle soil and water conservation problems of Bundelkhand region and another at Koraput in Orissa (31st January, 1992) to address the problems of shifting cultivation areas.
