Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Registrar

  • Essential Qualification: Master's degree with at least 55% marks.
  • Experience: Candidates must have at least 15 years of service as an Assistant Professor (Level 11 and above) or 8 years as an Associate Professor (Level 12 and above) with experience in educational administration. Alternatively, candidates with comparable experience in research establishments or higher education institutions, or 15 years of administrative experience (including 8 years as a Deputy Registrar or equivalent), are eligible.
  • Age Limit: Preferably below 57 years.

Salary / Stipend

The selected candidate will be placed in Level 14 of the Pay Matrix with a salary range of ₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200. The appointment is for a 5-year tenure or until the age of 62, whichever is earlier. Pension benefits are governed by the National Pension Scheme (NPS).
