Eligibility is reckoned as on 10 July 2026. Qualifications are as per UGC Regulations 2018 and NCTE Regulations 2014.
A relaxation of 5% (from 55% to 50%) is available for SC/ST/PwBD/OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates and Ph.D. holders (Master's degree prior to 19 Sep 1991).
Pay scales are fixed as per UGC/Government of India norms under the 7th CPC.
