Advt. No: 154 (2022) 1. Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) 2. No. of Post: 01 3. Projects Title: “Genetic and Functional Characterization of L. donovani isolates causing Atypical Cutaneous Leishmaniasis in the newer and understudied endemic state of Himachal Pradesh” 4. Project duration: 2 Years 5. Engagement Period: Initially for a period of one year, further extendable subject to extension of project, satisfactory work and availability of funds in the project head. 6. Fellowship: Rs 31,000/- per month + HRA (as per norms) 7. Essential Qualification: M.Sc./M.tech in Life Sciences/Microbiology/Zoology/Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/Molecular Medicine or related sciences with at least 55% marks for GN/OBC (50% for SC/ST/PH) from UGC recognized University/ Institute. Qualified CSIR-UGC-NET/GATE/NET-LS exams for JRF. 8. Desirable Qualification: Work experinece involving human samples, animal studies, cell culture experiments, molecular biology is desirable but not limiting.
