Educational Qualification: B.Sc
Applications are invited for the position of project assistant on contract basis to work in a time bound DST sponsored research project (DST/SEED/SCSP/STI/2020/412) sanctioned to the undersigned at the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health, Central University of Tamil Nadu
1. Position: Project Assistant
2. No of Post: 01
3. Project Title: Capacity building and promoting good husbandry practices among livestock farmers for the livelihood, sustainable livestock production and upholding public health
4. Monthly Fellowship: Rs. 20,000 + 8% HRA
5. Tenure of Position: 1 year, extendable annually till the completion of the project period, subject to satisfactory performance. There is a possibility for Ph.D registration subject to fulfilling eligibility criteria.
6. Essential Qualification: B.Sc in Life Science/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Molecular biology/ Biotechnology / Epidemiology and Public Health and other relevant disciplines with minimum 55% marks.
7. Desirable: M.Sc and prior experience in food microbiology, food safety, livestock products technology, Epidemiology , Public Health, Biostatistics etc
