Educational Qualification: M.Sc
Motivated and eligible candidates are encouraged to appear for an On-line interview to work as a Research Assistant in ICMR funded project on oral biofilm at the Department of Life Sciences, Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur.
1. Post Name: Research Assistant
2. Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. or Integrated M.Sc., in Microbiology/ Life Sciences/ Biomedical Science/ Biochemistry / Molecular Biology or equivalent with 55% marks with consistently good academic records. Candidate who has qualified national exams such as NET, GATE, etc will be preferred.
3. Desirable Qualifications: Candidate with knowledge in Microbiology techniques
4. Project Duration: Initial appointment will be for 1 year, and will be extended further based on the performance.
5. Emoluments: Rs.31, 000/- pm

Age Limit: 28 (relaxation admissible as per rules of Govt. of India)
Selection Procedure
Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through email along with the meeting details such as date and time of the interview, online interview code, etc. Selected Candidate will be encouraged to register for Ph.D. if his/her performance of research work is satisfactory.
