Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
Central Waqf Council invites application in the attached format from the interested and eligible candidates for the following posts purely on temporarily and contractual basis under the "Qaumi Waqf Board Taraqqiati Scheme" initially for a period of one year which may be extended further subject to satisfactory performance and approval of the competent authority.
1. Name of the Post: Junior Associate
2. No of Posts: 02
3. Salary: Rs. 25,000/- per month.
4. Essential:
(i) Graduate from a recognized university/ lnstitute;
(ii) At least one year experience in office work.
(iii) Good knowledge of working on computer.
(iv) Good verbal and written communication skill in English.
(v) Should be ready to travel in and outside Delhi as per the requirement.
5. Desirable: Knowledge of Waqf Act and Urdu Langage.

Selection Will be Based either Written Exam/Interview
How to Apply:
The last date for submission of application for various posts advertised vide under "Qaumi waqf Board Taraqqiati Schme" dated 06.01.2022 has been extended upto 14.02.2022(Monday). AlI other terms & conditions remain the same.

Central Waqf Council is a statutory body under the administrative control of the Ministry of Minority Affairs was set up in 1964 as per the provision given in the Waqf Act, 1954 as Advisory Body to the Central Government on matters concerning the working of the Waqf Boards and the due administration of Auqaf. However, the role of the Council was expanded significantly under the provisions of the Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2013. The Council has been empowered to advise the Central Government, State Governments and State Waqf Boards. It will now issue directives to the boards/ State Government to furnish information to the Council on the performance of the board particularly on their financial performance, survey, revenue records, encroachment of Waqf properties, Annual and Audit report etc under section 9 (4) of the act.
