Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), is a Scientific Society of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India. CDAC Noida is currently handling various projects of national importance in Digital health, E-Governance, Transportation & Transit applications, Communication, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence/ML/DL and analytics, Smart Card-OS Development, etc. We are looking for bright & result oriented professionals for the following positions in various projects for appointment on purely Contract basis for the following positions:-

a) Position: Project Lead/Module Lead/Sr. Project Engineers

b) Specialization/Domain: Expert Level DBA / Application Server Admin / Server & Cloud Admin/ Security Analyst/ Backup Admin

c) Group/ No. of Positions (indicative only): Data Centre & Information Services -08

d) Essential Qualification (Full Time Courses only): 1st Class (60%) B.E/B. Tech. /MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science/IT/Computer Applications/Electronics/Computer & Networking Security.

e) Minimum Post Qualification Experience: 3-7 years of post qualification work experience relevant to the job description.

f) Job Profile: 

1. Expert level knowledge & hands-on work experience of min. 5 years in Security tools (VAPT, SIEM / SOC).

2. Network & Infra Security, Web Application Security, Log Analysis, SIEM, VAPT.

3. To create, improve, monitor and manage process related to ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security).

4. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other similar credentials, is desired.

g) CTC per Annum: ₹ 9.65 - ₹11.51/- lakhs per annum based on the post qualification relevant experience as per C-DAC norms

b) Specialization/Domain: Software Developer (Java, J2EE) - Frontend (Transit Applications)

c) Group/ No. of Positions (indicative only): Embedded Systems -02

d) Essential Qualification (Full Time Courses only): 1st Class (60%) B.E/B. Tech. in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication Computer Science/IT/MCA.

e) Minimum Post Qualification Experience: 3-7 years of post-qualification work experience relevant to the job description.

f) Job Profile: 

1. Mainly responsible for development of web applications based on the client's specifications. Candidate must have a strong understanding of software engineering practices and have and analytical ability along with quality approach to the software design and development.

2. Proficient in Java 1.7 and above, J2EE, SQL Queries, implementing MVC Architecture using spring (3.1 & above) /Struts (2.0) and Hibernate (4.2 & above) frameworks.

3. Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

4. Exposure to any Web/Application server.

5. Good Knowledge about Oracle/Postgres database, Javascript, AJAX,JSON, jQuery.

6. Familiarity with IDE such as NetBeans / Eclipse.

b) Specialization/Domain: Mobile Application & Interfacing with Webapp (Transit Applications Mobile)

f) Job Profile: 

1. We are looking for a strong mobile app developer who can do both engineering and maintenance tasks. The primary focus will be to develop & implement user interfaces and features together with Automated unit and integration tests.

2. Extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s).

3. Deep knowledge of mobile platforms e.g. Android SDK 10, iOS, etc.

4. Proficiency in Kotlin/Java/Swift/Objective- C/JavaScript/C#.

5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking.

b) Specialization/Domain: Software Developer (DevOps/Full Stack) Core JAVA, REST API backend (Transit Applications Web)

c) Group/ No. of Positions (indicative only): Embedded Systems -01

d) Essential Qualification (Full Time Courses only): 1st Class (60%) B.E/B. Tech. /MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science/IT/Computer Applications/Electronics.

e) Minimum Post Qualification Experience: 3-7 years of post qualification work experience relevant to the job description.

f) Job Profile: 

1. Have in depth knowledge and experience of Software Design and Development in Java (1.8 or higher), MVC Architecture/Server-side frameworks like Spring Boot (3.1 & above) and Hibernate (4.2 & above), build tools e.g. Maven 4.0. Database PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle and middleware like WebSphere/JBOSS/Tomcat, etc.

2. Knowledge around JBOSS (Wild Fly), Tomcat and other application servers. Developing Micro Services and their Management.

3. Knowledge of MEAN/ MERN Stack would be desirable.

4. Database design, writing simple or complex PL/ SQL queries/ stored procedures/ Functions/ Triggers etc. using PostgreSQL database.

5. Strong knowledge and experience in designing and deploying performant Server-side / backend web services with REST APIs / SOAP / etc. Possess excellent understanding in the areas of web application programming.

6. Analyze/understand/prepare system/functional requirements documents, develop core technical documents including architecture document, high level design and low level design.

1. Lead test team for Quality Control of Web App, Mobile App and Embedded Software .

2. Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

3. Prepare test plan, test case and perform manual and automated functional and non-functional testing.

4. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

5. Experience of test automation.
