Vacancy Details

Eligibility for Assistant Manager (IT)

• Essential: B.Tech./B.E./Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information System/Information Technology or equivalent/MCA from a recognized University/Institution.
• Experience: Minimum one year of post-qualification executive experience in relevant field at the next below/equivalent grade of Rs. 30,000-1,20,000. Candidates working in Private Sector/Public Ltd./Joint Venture should have annual CTC of Rs. 7.49 lakhs excluding PF, Gratuity & Pension in preceding one year.

Eligibility for Network/ System Administrator

• Essential: B.E./B.Tech./Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information System/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication/Electricals/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electronics Design & Technology/Applied Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication or equivalent/MCA.
• Experience: Minimum 01 year of post-qualification executive experience in relevant field at equivalent/next below grade of Rs. 30,000-1,20,000 in a large & reputed organization.

Eligibility for Assistant Manager (Vigilance) - (Regular)

• Essential: B.E./B.Tech/LLB OR MBA/PG Degree/Two years Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 01 year of post-qualification executive experience at equivalent/next below grade of Rs. 30,000-1,20,000 in a large & reputed organization.
• Desirable: Preference for individuals with vigilance experience. Knowledge of CDA rules/PC Act/IPC. Ability to undertake investigation/inquiry.

Eligibility for Safety Manager - (Regular)

• Essential: B.Tech./B.E. in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Avionics OR AME Diploma with BAMEL.
• Experience: Option 1: 5 years relevant work experience (2 years in aviation). Option 2: 7 years relevant work experience (2 years in aviation) at equivalent/next below grade of Rs. 40,000-1,40,000.

Eligibility for Dy. Continued Airworthiness Manager - (Contractual)

• Essential: B.Tech/Engg Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic or B.Sc. in Aeronautical/Aerospace or equivalent.

Eligibility for Continued Airworthiness Manager - (Contractual)

• Essential: B.Tech/Engg Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic or B.Sc. in Aeronautical/Aerospace or equivalent.

Eligibility for Dy. Quality Manager - (Contractual)

• Essential: Engineering degree or equivalent in any discipline (aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronics) or Aircraft Maintenance License in B1 or B2 issued by DGCA.

Eligibility for Dy. Chief of Flight Safety - (Contractual)

• Essential: CHPL/ATPL license endorsed for helicopter operated by the Company OR Aircraft Engineer with AME license endorsed for the helicopter.
• Experience: Helicopter Pilot/Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with safety experience.

Eligibility for Officer (CPMS) - (Contractual)

• Essential: Master's degree/Two years PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication/Mass Media/Public Relations.

Eligibility for Station Manager - (Contractual)

• Essential: MBA/Post Graduate Degree/Two years Diploma in Marketing/Commercial/Finance/Aviation Management.
• Experience: Minimum 01 year of post-qualification executive experience in relevant field at equivalent/next below grade of Rs. 30,000-1,20,000. Private sector candidates should have annual CTC of Rs. 7.68 lakhs.

Salary/Stipend

The salary ranges from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 2,40,000 depending on the post and grade (IDA Scale of Pay). Please refer to the vacancy table for post-wise pay scale.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on scrutiny of applications followed by Document Verification and Personal Interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for Interview based on the criteria laid down. Details of shortlisted candidates will be posted on the PHL website. Final selection will be made in order of merit based on interview marks.
