Must possess the prescribed educational qualification as on the last date of filling the application form That is, if an applicant has appeared in the Higher Secondary / 12th examination of this year and till the last date of filling the application form, he does not have the certificate of passing the Higher Secondary / (10+2) 12th examination, then he will not be eligible for selection. Shall not be eligible to appear in the competitive examination conducted.
