Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Nationality / Domicile: Candidates must be local residents of Chhattisgarh State.

• Programme Officer: First division in MBA / MTRM (Master of Rural Technology and Management) / Ganit / Niti Vishay mein Snatakottar (Post Graduation in Mathematics or Policy subjects) from a recognized university.
• Assistant Programmer: Any recognized university degree in M.Sc. (Computer Science / Information Technology) / MCA / equivalent, OR any recognized university degree in B.Sc. / BCA / equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology / MCA.
• Accountant: 55% marks in B.Com for unreserved category; 50% marks in B.Com for reserved category candidates (candidates from Bastar and Sarguja division with second division in B.Com are also eligible).

Selection Process & Merit Weightage

The selection will be based entirely on a merit list derived from the following weightage components. There is no traditional written examination.

Screening Clause for Assistant Programmer: Candidates must secure a minimum of 60 marks out of 100 in the computer practical test; those failing this threshold will not be considered regardless of their qualifying exam scores.

Experience Criteria: Experience weightage will only be granted for experience gained in government rural development schemes with identical or equal pay scales. Candidates currently working in government schemes must submit an NOC from their current employer along with leave application details and order copies.

TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the computer practical test or document verification.
