Sub: Filling up of post of Additional Director General in the office of Director General, CCI on deputation basis. F.No.A-12011/2/2021-HR 1. Name of the post: Additional Director General 2. No of Post: 02 3. Pay Scale (7th CPC): Level 13A (Rs.131100-216600) 4. Essential: A) Officers of the All India Services or Central Civil Services Group 'A' or Autonomous Organizations or Regulatory Authorities or Universities or Academic dr Research institutions etc. and B) (a) Working in analogous post or grade; or (b) 01 year experience in Grade Pay of Rs.8700; or (c) 05 years' service in Grade Pay of Rs.7600/- or equivalent; and C) Having experience in Investigation/ 'Enforcement' of any Economic/ Regulatory Law. dealing with Regulation/ Investigation. 5. Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Law/ Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration with finance & accounts/ CA!CS/Cost Accountant or any equivalent degree considered useful by the Selection Committee. Experience in Competition Law/Matters.

Selection will be Based on Deputation Basis.
How to Apply:
1. Applicants must be employees of Central or State Governments, Government Companies or Autonomous Bodies Regulatory Authorities or Universities Academic or Research or Judicial Institutions, etc. of Central/ State Governments
2. The application in the prescribed Pro-forma, together with all necessary documents i.e.Gdre clearance, vigilance clearance, copies of APARs, etc., and 'Certificate from the Employer' may be sent to the undersigned, through proper channel, latest by 4th April 2022.
3. It is clarified that any form of conditional forwarding from the employer or applications received without the prescribed documents and Certificate of Employer' will be rejected.
4. The applicants must ensure that their application should reach CCI through the proper channel by the last date prescribed for receipt of applications. However, they may also send an advance copy of the application to CCI well before the last date prescribed and ensure forwarding of their application through the proper channels promptly.
