1. Bachelor's degree in Law/ Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration with finance & accounts/ CA/CS/Cost Accountant or any equivalent degree considered useful by the Selection Committee.
2. Experience in Competition Law/Matters.
Joint Director General:
1. Bachelor's degree in Law/ Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration with finance & accounts/ CA/CS/Cost Accountant or any equivalent degree considered useful by the Selection Committee.
2. Experience in Competition Law/Matters.
Deputy Director General:
1. Bachelor's degree in Law/ Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration with finance & accounts/ CA/CS/Cost Accountant or any equivalent degree considered useful by the Selection Committee.

Pay Scale:
