This vacancy is exclusively open to officers of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) cadre on deputation basis.

• For Sr. General Manager/C&O (E-7): SG Officer of IRTS cadre with 14 years but less than 17 years of Group 'A' service.
• For General Manager/C&O (E-6): JAG/SG Officer of IRTS cadre who has completed a minimum of 9 years of Group 'A' service.
• Functional Experience: Practical experience in marketing, commercial & operational activities.
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date (08.11.2026).

CONCOR Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process

Candidates will be screened by a Screening Committee nominated by the Competent Authority. Suitability will be assessed on a 100-point evaluation scale covering the following parameters:

• Professional Ability – 30 Marks
• Experience – 20 Marks
• Seniority – 20 Marks
• Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) – 30 Marks

The final selection will be based on the judgement of the Committee on overall professional ability, skills, comprehension, and aptitude as assessed against the job requirement. No separate written test or interview call is issued.
