Educational Qualification:
Manager: First class Commerce Graduate or MBA from any faculty from recognized university and JAIIB/ CAIIB and / or CA/ CS/ ICWA.
Assistant Manager: First class Commerce Graduate or MBA from any faculty from recognized university and JAIIB/ CAIIB and / or CA/ CS/ ICWA.
Trainee Officer: CA/ ICWA/ C.A. Inter passed.
Clerk: Post graduate in Commerce/ Science/ Management.
Experience:
Manager: At least 10 years’ experience in Credit portfolio in any Bank of which around 5 years in Managerial/Asst. Manager cadre. Exposure to credit portfolio (Presanction Scrutiny and Appraisal Documentation, Disbursement, Post Sanction Monitoring and Follow- up) is mandatory.
Assistant Manager: At least 5 years’ experience in Credit portfolio in any Bank of which around 3 years in Asst. Manager cadre. Exposure to credit portfolio (Presanction Scrutiny and Appraisal Documentation, Disbursement, Post Sanction Monitoring and Follow- up) is mandatory. Multi-tasking will be added merit.
Trainee Officer: Experienced/ Fresher. C.A.-Inter/ Final appeared candidates may apply.
Clerk: Minimum 2 years’ experience required. Experience in Financial Institute will be preferred.
