Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
Qualification for Guest Faculty shall be the same as those prescribed for the appointment of regular Assistant Professor in Colleges of the University of Delhi in accordance with UGC regulations.
- For Assistant Professor (Economics): Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale) at the Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University.
- API Score: Candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) or the State Eligibility Test (SET) accredited by UGC. However, if a requisite number of applicants are not available, the API (Academic Performance Indicator) Score may be relaxed as per UGC/University of Delhi norms.
- Retired Teachers: Retired teachers from the University of Delhi or other recognized Universities are eligible to apply.
