Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Senior Research Fellow (SRF):
  • Minimum: Post Graduate Degree in Life Science.
  • Desirable: Post Graduate Degree in professional courses (e.g., M.Sc. Pharmacology, M. Pharm).
  • Selection Preference: Preferably selection should be through National Level Examinations (CSIR-UGC NET, GATE/GPAT) or exams conducted by Central Govt. agencies (DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER).
• Laboratory Technician:
  • Minimum: 12th in Science + Diploma (MLT/DMLT).
  • Experience: 5 years experience in the relevant subject/field.

2. Age Limit & Relaxation

Age limit is calculated as of the date of the interview (as per standard AIIMS/GoI norms).

• SRF: Maximum 35 Years.
• Laboratory Technician: Maximum 30 Years.

Note: Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) as per Government of India rules.

3. Mandatory Requirements (Experience)

• SRF: Minimum 2 years of research experience in Molecular Techniques, RTPCR, Animal Handling, RNA/DNA Isolation, ELISA.
• Laboratory Technician: Experience in Animal Handling and Laboratory research work.
