Educational Qualification: Manager: Full time bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Renewable Energy/Energy Science/ Energy Engineering from a recognized college/ Institute/university by AICTE/UGC with not less than 65% marks in aggregate of all years/semesters as per conversion formula of the concerned University/Institution. Assistant Manager: Full time bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical) from a recognized college/ Institute/ university by AICTE/UGC with not less than 65% marks in aggregate of all years/semesters as per conversion formula of the concerned University/Institution. Executive Director: i) Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering from any Institute approved/recognized by the UGC/AICTE. ii) 1 st Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Coal) under Coal Mining Regulations from Director General Mines Safety (DGMS). Deputy General Manager: Full time Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized university or institute. Executive: Two Years full time M. Sc. (Agriculture) in Soil Science /M.Sc. in Agriculture Chemistry from appropriate statutory authority approved Indian Agriculture University /Institution.

Pay Scale: INR 56,100-2,24,100 Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
