Educational Qualification: HR: MBA Degree in HR ( full time) or Masters degree/Post Graduate degree / Diploma (at least for 2 years full time) in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management and equivalent from AICTE/appropriate statutory authority approved University/Institution with not less than 65% marks [General/OBC(NCL)/EWS] & 60% marks (SC/ST/PwD) in aggregate of all years/semesters as per conversion formulae of the concerned University/Institution. PR: Full- time Post Graduate degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Communication/ Advertising & Communication Management/ Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Journalism from AICTE/appropriate statutory authority approved University/Institution with not less than 65% marks [General/OBC(NCL)/EWS] & 60% marks (SC/ST/PwD) in aggregate of all years/semesters as per conversion formulae of the concerned University/Institution.

Pay Scale: INR 56100-177500/- Per Month
