Educational Qualification: Degree of a recognised University/Institute OR MBA degree in HR (full time) or Master's degree/ Post Graduate degree/ Diploma (at least for 02 years full time) in Personal Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management and equivalent.

Pay Scale: INR 37400-67000/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
