Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Senior Project Associate (SPA) – Essential Qualification: M.E./M.Tech in Polymer Engineering, Nanoscience & Nanotechnology, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with 03 years of research experience and one publication in an SCI-indexed journal.
• Senior Project Associate (SPA) – Desirable Qualification: Work experience on polyurethane foams.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

Candidates will be selected based on an interview, which will be conducted either in-person or via video conferencing as suitable to DIAT. Shortlisted candidates will be individually informed via email. The Principal Investigator may restrict the number of candidates called for interview in case of a large number of applications. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Selected candidates are required to join duty immediately on receipt of the offer letter. Recruited Fellows shall be encouraged to register for a Ph.D. at this institute through proper channels as per DIAT norms.
