Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit

Educational Qualification

Pass-out Year & Experience

• Candidates must have completed their qualifying course in 2024 or 2025.
• Post-graduate candidates are not eligible.
• Candidates with 1 year or more of job experience after qualification are not eligible.

Age Limit (as on Date of Interview)

• Maximum Age: 28 Years
• Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC.

Stipend / Pay Details

Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act. This is not a salary and does not guarantee permanent employment post-training.

• Graduates/B.E. Holders: ₹12,300 per month
• Diploma/ITI Holders: ₹10,900 per month

Applications must be submitted offline via post or hand delivery. Follow these steps to ensure your application is accepted:

1. NATS Registration: First, register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at www.mhrdnats.gov.in or nats.education.gov.in. Note your enrolment number.
2. Download Form: Visit www.drdo.gov.in and download the application form from the "What's New" section.
3. Fill & Attach: Complete the form and attach self-attested photocopies of all required documents (qualifications, caste certificate if applicable, NATS enrolment proof).
