This is a walk-in-interview opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in Natural Sciences, Engineering, and Pharmacy.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Senior Project Associate

• Essential Qualification:
  1. Four years Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences / Master's Degree in Natural Science/BVSc/BPharm or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine AND four years' experience in R&D in industrial/academic institutions.
  2. OR Master's Degree in Engineering or Technology AND two years' experience in R&D.
  3. OR Doctoral Degree in Science / Engineering / Technology / Pharma MD / Master of Surgery.
• Desirable Skills:
  • Expertise and publications in assay systems, including Virtual screening (Zinc 15/20, Pubchem) and protein-ligand binding interactions (Molegro, Maestro).
  • In-silico tools (Swiss Target Prediction, Swiss ADME).
  • Synthesis, purification, and characterization of novel heterocyclic compounds.
  • Preformulation studies and analytical method development (HPLC/LC-MS).
  • Transcriptomics, Proteomics Profiling, and In Vivo Animal Modeling.
  • R package for biological data analysis and molecular simulation (GROMAC).

Eligibility for Project Assistant

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree in science / Diploma in Engineering or Technology.

Salary & Service Conditions

• Salary: As mentioned in the vacancy table (₹57,000 for Senior Project Associate and ₹27,000 for Project Assistant) plus 30% HRA.
• Age Limit: Upper age limit is 50 years; service duration will not exceed 60 years.
• Allowances: Positions are not entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA) or Child Care Allowance (CCA). HRA is allowed as per Central Government norms.
• Benefits: Entitled to medical benefits and leave as per DPSRU norms. No bonus, gratuity, or Leave Travel Concession (LTC).
• Nature of Post: Positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
