Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Software Engineer (2 Posts): Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Computer Science (B.Sc / B.E. / B.Tech), Information Technology (B.E. / B.Tech), or a related field. A Master's Degree in MCA / M.Sc Computer Science / M.Tech IT is preferred. Required experience: Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with PHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and PostgreSQL.
• Co-ordinator – Supply Chain Management (1 Post): Post Graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, Public Health, Management, or a related discipline. Required experience: 3 or more years of relevant experience in healthcare logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain operations preferred. Advanced MS Office proficiency required.
• Pharmacist (3 Posts): Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from a recognized institution or a related field. Candidates must hold valid Registration with the relevant State Pharmacy Council. Required experience: Experience in a similar field with full understanding of pharmacy operations and advanced MS Office knowledge.
• Laboratory Technician (3 Posts): Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), or B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology, or Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, or a recognized Certificate Program in Laboratory Technology. Required experience: Minimum 2 years of previous laboratory experience in a certified or government laboratory, computer literacy, and experience with Laboratory Information Systems.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

All applications will be scrutinized by a screening committee constituted by MMDSL. Shortlisted candidates may be required to undergo:

1. Screening of Applications: Initial shortlisting based on eligibility, qualification, and experience.
2. Written and/or Practical Test: Depending on the volume of applications, shortlisted candidates may appear for a written test and/or practical assessment relevant to the post.
3. Interview: Final selection will be based on performance in the interview. Original certificates and testimonials must be produced at the time of the interview.

Note: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the test or interview.
