Educational Qualification:
State Coordinator and M&E: The candidate must have passed MBBS from an Institution recognized by National Medical Council (NMC) with Post Graduate degree in Preventive and Social Medicine / CHA/ Post Graduate degree / Diploma in Public Health (2 Years course duration). S/He must have valid registration from the Odisha Council of Medical Registration. The candidate must have 3 years of postqualification experience in public health programmes.

District Leprosy Consultant: The Candidate must have passed any of the following subjects from a recognized University: Bachelor's Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS). Bachelor's Degree in Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery (BHMS). Bachelor's Degree in Unani Medicine & Surgery (BUMS).

Assistant Manager: The Candidate must have passed a Master's Degree in Disability Rehabilitation Administration (MDRA) approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India with a basic Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy or Prosthetic & Orthotics or Speech-Language Pathology or Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) or Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) or Nursing from a recognized University / Institution. The candidate must have minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in MDRA.

Medical Officer: The candidate must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Surgery from an Institution recognized by the Dental Council of India and must have valid registration from Odisha State Dental Council.
