Educational Qualification: Tech Lead: Any Graduate with sound experience in Software Development (preferably B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equitant degree in IT/CS) with good academic record from a recognized and reputed university/institution  5+ years of experience in building Frontend and Backend components of large enterprise level systems integrating multiple data sources and databases into one system Developer (Web): Any Graduate with sound experience in Web Development (preferably B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equitant degree in IT/CS) with good academic record from a recognized and reputed university/institution  2+ years of experience in building backend components of large enterprise level system sintegrating multiple data sources and databases into one system : Developer (Mobile): Any Graduate with sound experience in Mobile Development (preferably B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equitant degree in IT/CS) with good academic record from a recognized and reputed university/institution  2+ years of experience in design and delivery of cross platform mobile applications through Web, Hybrid (React Native) and Native (Android preferred) approaches and integration with messaging services UI/UX Designer:  Any Graduate with sound experience in UI/UX design with good academic record from a recognized and reputed university/institution  2+ years of experience in UI / UX design.  Preference would be given to candidates having experience in a governmental setup / project : Graphics Designer: Graduate with Diploma / Certificate courses in Graphic Designing/ Multi-Media/ Video Creation/Editing  2+ years of post-qualification experiences in Graphic Designer
