Educational Qualification: Researcher: Postgraduate/doctorate in any field. 3+ years of work experience in the field of research in e-Governance, digital economy, ITES, ICT4D, ICT, etc. Social Media Content Writer: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 3+ years of experience as content writer/ social media expert. Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a must.
