Educational Qualification: M.Sc
Application are invited to attend Interview (in-person / online through video conferencing) for the post of Junior Research Fellow under SERB, DST, Government funded project up to 29th December, 2024 or co-terminus of project whichever is earlier on purely contractual basis at ICAR-DOGR, Rajgurunagar as mentioned below.

3. Name of Project: Taping the potential of native stingless bee Tetragonula iridipennis Smith for pollination enhancement and profitable onion seed production.
4. Essential Qualification: Postgraduate in Agricultural Entomology/Entomology/Plant Pathology/Biotechnology/Bioche mistry with any one of qualification in item no 2 and 3 Scholars who are selected through National eligibility testCSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE The selection process through National level examination conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies and instruction such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.
5. Desirable Qualification: Experience Insect pest survey, sampling & DNA bar-coding, and field work.
6. Emoluments: Rs. 31000/- per month + HRA (As applicable) for 1st& 2nd year &Rs. 35000/- per month +HRA (As applicable) for 3 rd year.

Age Limit: Maximum age is 35 years for men and 40 years for women as on last date of submission of application through email.
Selection Procedure
Weightage of marks for selection: - For scrutiny or short listing of the candidates, it will be based on academic qualifications where maximum marks will be 50 and for interview maximum marks will be 50. Final selection will be based on marks of both academic as well as interview marks.
How to Apply:
1. Owing to the prevailing COVID-19 crisis, candidate may choose for interview either in person or through online process. The eligible candidates (appearing in-person as well as online mode) are requested to send their duly filled application in the enclosed Application form along with complete scanned copy of the original documents only through email in one time to [email protected] on or before 21.02.2022.
2. Application received after due date will not be considered for screening. After screening the applications, the eligible candidates will be informed by email or over phone and on website of ICAR-DOGR (https://dogr.icar.gov.in) for further details regarding interview.
3. Original documents of the candidates appearing interview in-person will be verified on the date of interview and for the candidates appearing online interview will be verified at a later stage.
4. The interview will be conducted by personal appearance at ICAR-DOGR, Rajguruangar or through video conferencing. The candidate may appear for the interview personally, if allowed by the Government Authorities. ICAR-DOGR will not be responsible if any candidate is not allowed by the authorities to attend the interview.
