Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Case Worker
- Essential Qualification: Graduation in Sociology/Social Science/Psychology and at least 3 years experience in law/social work in relevant fields related to women in government or semi-government project/program. Should be a resident of the local community for effective operation.
- Experience: At least 3 years in relevant fields.
Eligibility for Multi Purpose Staff
- Essential Qualification: Literate woman with knowledge/experience in the related field. Preference will be given to High School pass or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Knowledge/experience in the related field.
Eligibility for Security Guard
- Essential Qualification: 8th pass from a recognized board and minimum 2 years experience as security personnel at district/state level in government or reputed organization. Preference to retired military/paramilitary personnel.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as security personnel.
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026)
Minimum age 21 years and maximum 35 years as on 01 January 2026. With relaxations as per state government instructions, maximum age limit will not exceed 45 years.

Selection Process
- Applications will be invited online based on the qualifications mentioned above.
- Merit will be prepared based on the marking system.
- In case of equal marks in the merit list, preference will be given based on seniority in age.
- Priority will be given to applications from surplus service providers of Sakhi One Stop Center whose services have been terminated or are under process, based on their qualification and experience.
- The committee will prepare the merit list based on the marking system as above and select accordingly.
- The selection committee will send the recommendation list for selection to the District Collector, and the District Collector will issue the appointment order.
