Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Gender Specialist

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Social Work or other social sciences.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience working on gender-related issues and women's issues in government/semi-government organizations or NGOs/institutions.
• Desirable Skills: Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and computer typing.

Age Limit

The age should not be less than 21 years or more than 45 years as on 01.01.2026. The maximum age limit, including all relaxations, will not exceed 50 years.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on a merit list prepared out of 100 marks, comprising:

• Written Assessment: 80 marks (60 marks for educational qualification, 2 marks per year of additional experience up to 18 marks, 2 bonus marks for Chhattisgarh residents).
• Walk-in Interview/Skill Test: 20 marks.
