Office of the Civil Surgeon-and-Chief Medical Officer, Bokaro Recruitment 2025 - Walk-in for 10 Medical Officer Posts

The Office of the Civil Surgeon-and-Chief Medical Officer, Bokaro, has announced a walk-in interview for the empanelment of private doctors in Urban Primary Health Centres and Mother Teresa Advance Health Clinics. This recruitment is conducted under the directives of the Mission Director, National Health Mission (NHM), Jharkhand.

Candidates with MBBS qualifications are invited to attend the interview for Medical Officer positions. A total of 10 vacancies are available for Part-time and MBBS Medical Officers on a contractual basis.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for MO-Part Time (Urban Primary Health Centres)

• Essential Qualification: MBBS Degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
• Age Limit: Maximum 67 years (Extendable to 70 years with a medical fitness certificate from the Civil Surgeon).
• Experience: Refer to official notification.

Eligibility for MO-MBBS (Mother Teresa Advance Health Clinics)

• Essential Qualification: MBBS Degree.
• Age Limit: Medical fitness certificate required (valid for one year).
• Experience: Refer to official notification.

Salary / Remuneration

• MO-Part Time: Rs. 35,000/- per month (4 hours work per day).
• MO-MBBS: Rs. 1,400/- per day (4 hours work per day).

Note: T.D.S. will be deducted from the remuneration as per existing rules.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on the performance in the Walk-in Interview. Candidates must attend the interview with their Bio-data, original certificates, and one set of photocopies of all relevant documents.

How to Apply

Interested candidates must attend the Walk-in Interview on the specified date and time. No Travel Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for attending the interview. This is an empanelment; doctors will have no legal claim for future regularisation of service.
