Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

The appointment is under the third phase of the e-Court Project and is posted across four locations: District Court Nandurbar, District Court-1 Shahada, Civil Court Junior Division Taloda, and Civil Court Junior Division Akkalkuwa.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Computer Knowledge: Must have knowledge of using and handling computers and computer-related equipment, along with a certificate of passing the related examination.
• Typing Knowledge: Certificate of Marathi and English typing knowledge, if held, can be enclosed with the application.
• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as on the date of the advertisement (06/11/2026).
• Character: Must have good character and conduct; must not have been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude; no criminal case should be pending against the candidate.
• Government Employees: Must apply only with written permission from head of department and produce it at interview.
• Para Legal Volunteers (PLV): Will be considered on priority basis.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Application Scrutiny: Applications received within the deadline will be scrutinised for eligibility.
2. Shortlisting: If the number of eligible applications is large, the Computer Committee, District Court, Nandurbar will prepare a shortlist based on merit.
3. Interview Eligibility List: The list of candidates eligible for interview will be published on 23 November 2026 on the district court website. Interview date and time will be given in that list.
4. Practical Test: A practical test will be held if found necessary by the committee.
5. Interview: Selection will be on merit based on marks in the practical test (if held) and the interview.
6. Final Selection: List of selected candidates will be published on the notice board of District Court, Nandurbar and on the website.

No TA/DA will be paid. Candidates attending the practical test and interview must bear their own travel expenses. Candidates must bring all original documents submitted with the application for verification.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Proof of date of birth: School Leaving Certificate, Birth Certificate, or SSC Board Certificate.
• Mark sheets and certificates of the educational qualification held (Graduation).
• Certificate of knowledge of using and handling computers and related equipment or certificate of passing the related examination.
• Certificate of Marathi and English typing knowledge, if held.
• Self-declaration (in original) regarding no criminal case, no conviction, and no disciplinary action.
• No Objection Certificate from office (if government employee).
• Change of name document (e.g., Government Gazette) for married women who changed name after marriage.
• Character certificate from a person of the candidate's village or locality.
• Documents supporting all other information given in the application.
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN / Driving Licence).

All enclosures must be attested copies. No original document should be attached to the application. The application must be in the prescribed Annexure "A" format and include a completed bond (bandhpatra) with names and addresses of two witnesses.

How to Submit Application

Applications are accepted only offline, by post or by hand during office hours at:

Registrar, District and Sessions Court, Tokar Talav Road, Nandurbar, Taluka and District Nandurbar, PIN Code – 425412

• Fill the application in the Annexure "A" format attached with the advertisement. Incomplete or non-prescribed forms will be rejected.
• Paste your photograph in the designated box and fill all items including order of preference for talukas (Nandurbar, Shahada, Taloda, Akkalkuwa) and PLV status.
• Write full name, address, mobile number, email ID and date of birth exactly as in valid documents.
• Attach attested copies of documents and list them serially on the document list page.
• Sign the declaration and fill the bond with two witnesses.
• Write on the envelope: "ई-सेवा केंद्रांच्या पोर्टा केबिन्ससाठी कंत्राटी कर्मचारी या पदाकरीता अर्ज"
• Application must reach by 20 November 2026, 05:00 PM. Postal delay will not be considered.
