Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for AYUSH Doctor (Mobile Medical Unit, Ayurvidya, Lymphatic Filariasis)

  • Essential: Graduate degree in Homeopathy (BHMS) or Ayurveda (BAMS) from a recognized university. At least 1-year Diploma Course in Computer (Including MS office, MS word, MS power point, MS Excel) from Govt. Registered institution.
  • Experience: Working experience in Public Health Programme of Government/PSUs or reputed private organization. Exposure in social sector schemes /Govt mission at National, State and District level.
  • Other: Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.

Eligibility for Multi-Purpose Worker (MPW)

  • Essential: Graduate in any recognized university. At least 1-year Diploma Course in Computer (Including MS office, MS word, MS power point, MS Excel) from Govt. Registered institution.
  • Experience: Working experience in Public Health Programme of Government/PSUs or reputed private organization. Exposure in social sector schemes /Govt mission at National, State and District level.
  • Other: Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.

Eligibility for Yoga Instructor (Male & Female)

  • Essential: Secondary/Madhyamik passed with Certificate /Diploma/Degree in Yoga affiliated by the West Bengal Council of Yoga Naturopathy (WBCYN).
  • Desirable: Computer knowledge including MS office, MS word, MS power point, MS Excel. Exposure in Social sector scheme /govt mission at National/State/District Level.
  • Other: Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.

Age Limit

  • AYUSH Doctor: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 50 years (No relaxable age).
  • Multi-Purpose Worker: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 40 years.
  • Yoga Instructor: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 40 years (Relaxation for reserved category as per norms).

Selection Process

For AYUSH Doctor: Selection will be based on Basic Qualification (BHMS/BAMS - 85 marks percentile) and Experience (15 marks).

For Multi-Purpose Worker: Selection will be based on Basic Qualification (Graduation - 75 marks), Computer Test (Practical - 15 marks), and Experience (10 marks). 1:20 candidates shortlisted for Computer Test.

For Yoga Instructor: Selection will be based on Secondary/Madhyamik (15 marks), Yoga Certificate/Degree (15 marks), Demonstration (10 marks), and Interview (10 marks). Total marks: 50. 1:5 candidates shortlisted based on Academic Merit.
