• Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
  • Essential Qualification: M.Sc. or M.Tech degree in Microbiology, Botany, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Essential Examination: Qualified CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, or an equivalent national level examination.
  • Desirable Experience: Experience in relevant research work, and hands-on experience with microbial culturing, enzymes, and basic bioinformatics tools/databases.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection process for the JRF position will be as follows:

1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their CV, academic qualifications, and performance in the essential qualifying examination (NET/GATE).
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (which may be conducted online or offline as per the institute's decision).
3. Document Verification: Original documents will be verified for all candidates finally selected for appointment.

Note: No Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.
