Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Research Associate (Entomology / Plant Pathology): M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Agricultural Entomology or Plant Pathology from a recognized university. Candidate must possess knowledge of computer operations with MS-CIT certification. Minimum one year of experience as a Research Associate is mandatory.
- Assistant Research Associate: B.Sc. Agriculture or allied degree from a recognized university. Candidate must possess knowledge of computer operations with MS-CIT certification.
- Age Limit: Not more than 38 years for both posts. Age relaxation is available for SC, ST, DT, NT, and OBC candidates as per applicable rules.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Candidates must report for a personal interview on 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chamber of Head, Department of Entomology, PGI, Dr. PDKV, Akola.
- Selection will be based on academic merit, relevant experience, and performance in the personal interview.
