Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Project Engineer (All Posts)

• Essential Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE with minimum 60% in aggregate. (Marks relaxation to 50% for SC/ST candidates).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience. Apprenticeship in the relevant field (maximum of one year) is considered as experience.
• Desirable: Refer to official notification.

Age Limit (as on 31 December 2025)

• Upper Age Limit: 33 years.
• Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST. 10 years additional relaxation for PwBD. Ex-servicemen and others as per rules.

Salary Structure

• 1st Year: ₹ 40,000 per month
• 2nd Year: ₹ 45,000 per month
• 3rd Year: ₹ 50,000 per month
• 4th Year: ₹ 55,000 per month
• Additional Benefits: Lump sum of ₹ 8,400 towards attire allowance (after 6 months), Reimbursement of Medical Insurance premium, Company PF, TA/DA, and Paid Leave as per rules.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on the following stages:

1. Shortlisting: Based on aggregate percentage in Engineering (category-wise), Class X marks, and Date of Birth in case of a tie (Ratio 1:4).

4. Final Merit: Calculation based on 20% of B.E./B.Tech aggregate + Experience marks + 50 marks Interview.
