ECIL Project Officer & SAP Specialist Walk-in Recruitment 2026
Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) has announced a recruitment drive for experienced professionals in SAP modules. Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification
- Any Graduation or Post Graduation.
- Minimum experience is mandatory as per the post (details below).
Eligibility for Project Officer (SAP) on Contract
- Essential: Any Graduation or Post Graduation.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in the specified SAP module (FICO, PS/PP, MM, ABAP, PP/PM/QM, Basis, SD, HCM/Payroll) involving configuration, unit testing, bug fixing, and integration testing. Must have been involved in implementation or AMC or migration projects.
- Important: SAP End User Experience is not considered.
Eligibility for SAP Specialist on Contract
- Essential: Any Graduation or Post Graduation.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the specified SAP module (FI, MM, PS/PP/QM, ABAP, General Logistics/CO).
- Desirable: SAP Certification will be an added advantage for Specialist roles.
- Important: SAP End User Experience is not considered.
Salary Structure
- Project Officer (SAP) on Contract: ₹ 40,000/month for 1st year, ₹ 45,000/month for 2nd year.
- SAP Specialist on Contract: ₹ 1,25,000/month.
Age Limit (as on 28-01-2026)
- Project Officer (SAP) on Contract: 40 years.
- SAP Specialist on Contract: 65 years.
- Age relaxation applicable for OBC (3 years), SC/ST (5 years), and PwBD as per government rules.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on the following criteria:

- Personal Interview.
- Merit Calculation:
A. Qualification (20% weightage)
B. Relevant Experience (30 marks)
C. Personal Interview (50 marks)
