Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)

1. Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Category-1 (16 Posts):
    • Any Graduation with background in Material Management OR Master Degree/PGDM in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management.
    • Experience:
      • Master's Degree holders: Minimum 3 years experience.
      • Graduation holders: Minimum 5 years experience.
    • Work Domain: Materials planning, inventory control, vendor management, logistics, procurement, stores organization, import clearance, GST documentation.
  • Category-2 (2 Posts):
    • B.Tech./B.E. in Electrical/Civil AND Master degree/PGDM in Materials Management/Supply Chain.
    • Experience:
      • Master's Degree holders: Minimum 3 years experience.
      • B.Tech/BE holders: Minimum 5 years experience.
    • Work Domain: Purchase activities, GEM portal bidding, tender preparation, technical/commercial evaluation.

2. Age Limit & Relaxation

  • Maximum Age: 35 years for UR candidates.
  • Cut-off Date: Age is calculated as of the Date of Selection.
  • Age Relaxation:
    • OBC: 3 years (Upper Age: 38 years)
    • SC/ST: 5 years (Upper Age: 40 years)
    • PwBD: Additional 10 years relaxation (40% disability+)
    • J&K Domicile: 5 years relaxation (for candidates born between 01-01-1980 and 31-12-1989)

3. Mandatory Requirements

  • Qualifying Marks: Minimum 60% aggregate in the primary qualification (Graduation/PG). Relaxed to 50% for SC/ST candidates (subject to reserved post availability).
  • Experience Validation: Apprenticeship (max 1 year) counts as experience. Academic/Project work does not count.

Selection Process (Direct Recruitment)

Selection is based on a merit list generated from a weighted criteria system. There is no written test.

Salary & Benefits
