a). Name of the Post: Project Manager b) Project Manager will have following kind of expertise 1. Evaluation of technology and tools with capability to give inputs on technology and tools 2. Managing change requests and change control processes 3. Effort and timeline estimation skills 4. Negotiation Skills 5. People management Skills 6. Risk analysis and mitigation 7. Excellent understanding of quality and process framework 8. Coordination Skills 9. 10 plus years of experience 10. Managing large scale software development projects, spanning multiple locations, especially in maintenance phase 11. Interacting with both business and technology teams 12. Experience of working with a government set up is desirable 13.
