Insurance Medical Officer (IMO)

Number of Vacancy: 608 Posts (UR- 254, SC- 63, ST-53, OBC-178, EWS-60) [PwBD-90* (Category C-28, Category D&E-62)]

Educational Qualification: 1. A recognised MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub- section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). 2. Completion of Compulsory rotating internship. Candidates who may not have completed rotating internships shall be eligible to apply provided that, if selected, they shall have satisfactorily completed the compulsory internship before appointment.

Pay Scale: INR 56100-177500/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.

Selection Procedure: (a) Based on the Disclosure Lists of CMSE 2022 and CMSE 2023 respectively, a communication is being sent to the candidates, inviting applications, on the given mail id, on the communication address given thereon. For convenience of the applicants, the Disclosure Lists are available at along with this notification. (b) Based on the applications received, a merit list will be prepared based on the marks of the respective candidates shown in the Disclosure List CMSE-22 & CMSE-23 conducted by UPSC.
