Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Senior Resident
- Essential Qualification: MBBS with PG Degree / DNB / Diploma in concerned specialty from Government recognized universities/colleges.
- Registration: Registered with Gujarat Medical Council or National Medical Council. Candidates registered in other states must register themselves in Gujarat Medical Council at the time of joining.
- Experience: Candidates having completed 3 years of Senior Residency period in any government hospital are not eligible.
Eligibility for Full/Part Time Contractual Super Specialist
- General Essential Qualification: MBBS with PG Degree / DNB / Diploma in concerned specialty from Government recognized universities/colleges.
- For Endocrinology, Medical Oncology and Neurophysician:
- MD/DNB in the concerned broad specialty with DM/DrNB in the concerned super specialty from MCI recognized Medical College/Institution.
- Five years' experience in concerned Super Speciality after obtaining first PG degree.
- For Urology:
- MS/DNB in General Surgery with MCH/DrNB in Urology with MCI recognized Medical College/Institution.
- Five years' experience in concerned Super Speciality after obtaining first PG degree.
Age Limit
- Senior Resident: Not exceeding 45 years as on interview date. (Relaxable by 03 years for OBC & 05 years for SC/ST).
- Super Specialist: Age not exceeding 69 years as on interview date.
