1. Post Name: Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

2. Evaluation of the project results

a) Prepare an evaluation plan to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project and to ensure that activities and outputs result in positive outcomes.

b) Carry out a quarterly and annual evaluation of the projects in coordination with the project team and project grantees.

c) Prepare a plan for corrective action and assist relevant component coordinators to realign the project activities and outputs to ensure positive results

3. Experience: 2 - 3 years

4. Qualification: Master-s degree in the fields related to international relations, political science, economics, public administration, business administration or any other related field.

5. Salary: Rs. 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annum
