Eligibility Criteria for EPIL Graduate Apprentice 2026

Educational Qualification

BE/B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with not less than 55% marks from a reputed institute/university approved by AICTE.

• If CGPA is provided, equivalent percentage as per university norms; minimum 6 on 10-point scale considered 60% if no conversion available.
• Consolidated marksheet (all semesters) considered; if not available, average of all semesters/years.

Age Limit (as on 5 August 2026)

Minimum age: 18 years; Maximum age: 30 years (relaxation applicable as above).

Other Conditions

• Only candidates who passed their qualifying exam in 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible (i.e., not more than 3 years after passing as on 30 June 2025).
• Those awaiting results are not eligible.
• Previous apprenticeship training in any organization disqualifies.
• Reservation as per Government directives.

Stipend & Benefits

Selected Graduate Apprentices will receive a consolidated stipend of Rs. 10,000 per month for the training duration of 1 year. No additional allowances, bonuses, or perks are provided.

Selection Process

There is no interview. Shortlisting will be based on merit list prepared from marks obtained in the qualifying degree (BE/B.Tech). Candidates must produce original documents at the time of verification and a medical fitness certificate before joining.
