Educational Qualification:
Senior Manager: Degree in Engineering with MBA (except obtained through correspondence course) with specialization in Marketing having minimum 65% marks.
Manager: Degree in Engineering with MBA (except obtained through correspondence course) with specialization in Marketing having minimum 65% marks.
Experience:
Senior Manager: Minimum 11 years’ experience.
Manager: Minimum 07 years’ sales and marketing experience for industrial projects in Railways/Defence/ Power/Metallurgy sectors in India.

Selection Procedure
