Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Manager (Cost Engineering)

• Essential Qualification: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in the relevant discipline with minimum 65% marks from a recognized university/institute. Post-graduates in engineering will be given relaxation in experience by one year, and Ph.D. by four years.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years post qualification experience in cost estimation for feasibility studies, project economic analysis, cost optimization studies and estimates for various procurement requirements during project execution in Refinery/ Petrochemical/ Gas Processing/ LNG plants.
• Age Limit: 36 years (as on 30-11-2025).

Eligibility for Deputy Manager (Cost Engineering)

• Essential Qualification: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in the relevant discipline with minimum 65% marks from a recognized university/institute. Post-graduates in engineering will be given relaxation in experience by one year, and Ph.D. by four years.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in similar areas as above (cost estimation, project economic analysis, etc.).
• Age Limit: 32 years (as on 30-11-2025).

Eligibility for Deputy Manager (Mechanical/Metallurgy Engg.)

• Essential Qualification: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in the relevant discipline with minimum 65% marks from a recognized university/institute. Post-graduates in engineering will be given relaxation in experience by one year, and Ph.D. by four years.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years experience of Risk Based Inspection, Reliability, Availability & Maintainability, Fitness for Purpose in Refinery/ Petrochemical/Gas Processing/ Fertilizer/ Chemical plants.
• Age Limit: 32 years (as on 30-11-2025).

Salary/Stipend

• Manager Pay Scale: Rs. 80,000-2,20,000. Total CTC (approx) p.a: Rs 26.66 lacs.
• Deputy Manager Pay Scale: Rs. 70,000-2,00,000. Total CTC (approx) p.a: Rs 23.45 lacs.
• CTC includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Other Perks & Allowances, encashment of earned leaves and Retirement benefits as applicable.

Selection Process

• The mode of selection will be through Interview at New Delhi/Gurugram or through video conferencing.
• EIL may restrict the number of candidates for interview by raising the percentage of marks obtained in qualifying examinations and/or relevance of experience.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be informed for the interview through email.
• Final selection is provisional subject to document verification at the time of interview.
