Eligibility for Deputy Manager (CSR)

• Essential Qualification: Post Graduate (Full Time) in Social Work/Sociology/Economics/Social Sciences with minimum 65% marks OR MBA (except correspondence) with Specialization in HR/Social Welfare/Sustainability Management with minimum 65% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant post-qualification experience in Government or established industry managing community projects/CSR initiatives.
• Age Limit: 42 years

Eligibility for Deputy Manager (Corporate Planning)

• Essential Qualification: Engineering Graduates with MBA (except correspondence) with minimum 65% marks OR Post Graduate in Economics/Business Economics/Commerce with MBA (except correspondence) with minimum 65% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant post-qualification experience in corporate planning, project management, or marketing in the energy sector.
• Age Limit: 42 years

Eligibility for Engineer (Projects)

• Essential Qualification: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation with minimum 65% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant post-qualification experience.
• Age Limit: 38 years

Eligibility for Officer (Library)

• Essential Qualification: B.Sc. (Physical Science) and Post Graduate Degree in Library Science or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Library (preferably PSU/Govt./large corporate house).
• Age Limit: 45 years

Eligibility for Deputy Manager (Library)

• Essential Qualification: B.Sc. (Physical Science) and Post Graduate Degree in Library Science or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience working in a Library (preferably PSU/Govt./large corporate house).
• Age Limit: 49 years

Eligibility for Officer (Finance)

• Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with CA/CWA (minimum 55% marks).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant post-qualification experience.
• Age Limit: 38 years

Eligibility for Officer (Rajbhasha)

• Essential Qualification: Master's degree in Hindi with English as a main subject OR Master's degree in English with Hindi as a main subject OR Master's degree in any discipline with Hindi and English as main subjects.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in implementation of Official Language Policy, translation work, organizing training workshops in Hindi.
• Age Limit: 45 years

Eligibility for Assistant-HR

• Essential Qualification: Full Time Graduate in any discipline (other than Fine Arts) with minimum 60% marks. Preference for candidates with PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Laws/HRD.
• Experience: Minimum 9 years relevant post-qualification experience in Personnel & General Administrative functions.
• Age Limit: 46 years

Eligibility for Junior Assistant HR

• Essential Qualification: Full Time Graduate in any discipline (other than Fine Arts) with minimum 60% marks. Preference for candidates with PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Laws/HRD.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification experience in Personnel & General Administrative functions.
• Age Limit: 42 years
