Educational Qualification: Project Executive: Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Rural Management / social-work / Economics / MSW/ B.E with (Agriculture / Horticulture / sericulture / Dairy / veterinary etc.) CRP (Community Resource Person): Bachelor’s Degree in Rural Management / social-work / Economics / BSW/ BRS with (Agriculture / Horticulture / sericulture / Dairy / veterinary etc.)
Experience: Project Executive: Must have 1 or 2 years of experience in working with Microenterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ Self Employment/ Livelihood/ Rural women’s related schemes and projects, SHGs. CRP (Community Resource Person): Must have 1 year of experience in working with Microenterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ Self Employment/ Livelihood/ Rural women’s related schemes and projects, SHGs.
